Consignors shall be issued with these cargo tracjing notes (vaivers). We will take care not only <a href=\"\/?page_id=6782\">of the transportation of cargo<\/a> to Africa, but also of timely withdrawal and presentation of the necessary certificates to the customer or recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ECTN <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logisticsglossary.com\/term\/cargo-tracking-note\/\">ECTN<\/a> (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) certificate is required for the carriage of goods to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Congo;<\/li><li>The Republic of Chad;<\/li><li>Tog;<\/li><li>Bukina Faso;<\/li><li>Conakry in Guinea;<\/li><li>Burundi;<\/li><li>Libya;<\/li><li>Equator Guinea<\/li><li>Central African Republic.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ECTN must be submitted to the Shippers Council of State within 5 days of ships departure and 5 days before the vessel arrives at port.<br>Delivery or entry without an ECTN certificate shall result a fine equal to the ECTN costs plus the amount of the rules issued by that State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BSC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The BSC<\/strong> (Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Madagascar;<\/li><li>the Ivory Coast;<\/li><li>Mali;<\/li><li>Senegal;<\/li><li>Sierra Leone;<\/li><li>Nigeria.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>FERI <\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>The FERI <\/b>(Fiche Electronique Renseignement a L&#8217;Importation) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Democratic Republic of Congo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FERI certificate must be accompanied by all outgoing cargo documents. If there is no certificate, the goods are not unloaded and a fine of up to $2500 is received, as well as double FERI fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>BIETC<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>BIETC <\/b>( Bordereau d&#8217;Identification \u00c9lectronique de Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des Cargaisons) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gabon.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Gabonese customs rules, all cargo dispatched to Gabonese ports requires a BIETC certificate. The person authorised under Gabonese law must certify the BIETC certificate no later than 5 days after the vessel has left.<br>Delivery or entry without BIETC certificate encloses a fine of up to $2,500, plus a regulatory fee imposed by customs officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>CNCA<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>CNCA <\/b>(Conselho Nacional de Carregadores de Angola) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Angola.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CNCA certificate must be accompanied by all outbound cargo documents.
