{"id":8976,"date":"2020-05-15T05:27:33","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T05:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onze.lt\/carriage-of-perishable-cargoes-in-reefer-containers\/"},"modified":"2020-05-24T12:49:11","modified_gmt":"2020-05-24T12:49:11","slug":"carriage-of-perishable-cargoes-in-reefer-containers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/onze.lt\/en\/carriage-of-perishable-cargoes-in-reefer-containers\/","title":{"rendered":"Carriage of perishable cargoes in reefer containers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carriage of perishable cargoes in reefer containers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Carriage of perishable cargoes in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Refrigerated_container\">reefer containers<\/a><\/strong> it is a very sensitive process. <span lang=\"lt\">During carriage of perishable goods &#8211; whether they are frozen, chilled or controlled at higher temperatures &#8211; we only use containers with <strong>modern and reliable<\/strong> refrigeration or heating <strong>equipment.<\/strong> Before each container is delivered for loading, we perform <strong>PTI.<\/strong> This is because the cleanliness of the refrigerator and <strong>the reliability <\/strong>of the equipment are very important to you.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PTI (pre trip inspection)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before on-carriage of the container to the place of loading, we perform the following operations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>We make sure <\/strong>that the device and its <strong>components<\/strong> are <strong>not physically damaged<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>We check cleanliness<\/strong> &#8211; no additional labels, cargo debris \/ residues, etc.;<\/li><li><strong>We check the refrigerant and lubricants<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Check electrical insulation<\/strong> (compressor, motors, heaters)<\/li><li>We measure and record voltage;<\/li><li><strong>We carry out an engine<\/strong> suitability <strong>check<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>We set<\/strong> the operating <strong>temperature<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Reefer container loading<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before loading the container, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the recommendations for loading:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make sure you get a clean container;<\/li><li>Remember that plastic film can act as a barrier and prevent air circulation;<\/li><li>Before loading, make sure that the temperature of your product is such as the transport temperature;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> THE TRANSPORT IN REF CONTAINERS IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING GOODS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meat and meat production;<\/li><li>Dairy products, ice cream;<\/li><li> For various types of canned food;<\/li><li>Confectionery products;<\/li><li>Seafood and frozen fish;<\/li><li>Fresh\/chilled fruit;<\/li><li>Vegetables and mushrooms;<\/li><li>Drugs and other medicinal products;<\/li><li>Flowers;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> types of refrigerated containers we carry:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"\/?page_id=1963\">20&#8242; REF<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"\/?page_id=1973\">40&#8242; REF<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"\/?page_id=1985\">45&#8242; REF<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> WE TRANSPORT REEFER CONTAINERS BY ROAD WITHIN LT, LV, BY, RU TERRITORIES <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We transport REF containers within the territories of Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and Russia. We use lightweight chassis, so we are able transport extremely heavy REF containers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We have reliable GENSET equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each container uses electricity.
